• Bets linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided and the associated account suspended.

6 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on the bi88 platform. Any involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.

• Abusive behaviour toward the support team or other members.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Bi88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances. If you believe your account was closed in error, please contact our support team.

• Failure to provide the requested documents for KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.

• At the member's own request.
